Zur Bestimmung der Inhaltsstoffe – speziell des [[Milchsaft]]s – kommen sowohl spektroskopische als auch [[Chromatographie|chromatographische]] Verfahren auch in Kopplung mit der [[Massenspektrometrie]] zum Einsatz.
